Located near Saraburi, Herba Bangkok's factory spans 40,400 sqm with a modern warehouse covering 22,450 sqm.
Strategically situated just 100km north of Bangkok and near Thailand's main roads, our facility enjoys a prime logistical advantage. Equipped with modern machinery and rigorous quality control measures, we ensure unparalleled quality. Driven by a skilled workforce and streamlined processes, we maintain the highest standards in rice production and exports, packing over a million tons annually while upholding impeccable quality throughout every phase.
In-house Buffering
We can store approximately 21,000 metric tons of raw material in our facilities. Meanwhile, our packing facility can store the equivalent of 240 full containers of finished goods, facilitating flexible loading according to customer requirements.
Our warehouses adhere to the highest cleanliness standards, underscoring our dedication to quality in every aspect of our operations.
Internal Inland Container Depot
Our internal inland container depot (ICD) has space to store 200 containers, mitigating the risk of late delivery and offering flexibility in return dates to the port. This setup also reduces the chance of last-minute container rejection due to quality control standards.
Quality Control
We conduct 100% sampling of all inbound raw materials and test all rice samples according to Thai export standards, customer specifications, Herba Bangkok's specifications and the regulations of the destination country.
In-house Reprocessing
Our reprocessing lines feature state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest generation of polishers, color sorters, X-ray machines, and vertical metal detectors, ensuring high-quality output with perfect, shiny rice grains ready for packaging.
X-ray Processing Line
Our X-ray machines are calibrated to detect stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and ceramic materials.
Any other potential foreign material contaminations are removed in the initial stages of the reprocessing line.
Repacking Lines
We operate 17 modern repacking lines equipped with cutting-edge machinery that offers a wide range of customized packaging solutions, from block bottoms to pillow bags.
In-house Fumigation Teams
Our fumigation teams are fully certified by the Thai Government to perform fumigation internally and at third-party suppliers.
Quality Assurance
Herba complies with the highest quality standards, holding certifications for GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC, Organic, Halal, and Kosher.
